Deposits and payments

When taking ticket payments for Events, deposits for functions or even Full payments for a booking, all the payment gets pushed to the table in the Impos POS for easy reconciliation.

Redeem Gift Vouchers Across Multiple Sites

Now all Gift cards can be redeemed in the Impos POS across multiple sites within a group, allowing staff to simply type in the last 4 digits on the NBI gift Cards into the POS for a seamless redemption. 

Real-time Synching

When a table is seated or finished in either NBI or Impos the platforms will sync so that staff at the front desk can see tables that are occupied or tables that have become free.   

Retrieve bookings into POS and open the table

You can even make bookings in Impos and see all the customers coming into the venue on any given night.

Seat walk-ins via Impos and send to NBI

When your team open a table in Impos it will create a walk-in in NBI on a table that is best suited.
