Online reservations and walk-ins
Reservations made in Now Book It™ feed through to OrderMate and display a reservation icon on the table. Now Book It™ instantly opens the table in OrderMate with the customer profile to inform your wait staff when a customer arrives.
Digital gift vouchers
Your customer can easily purchase a gift voucher on your website through Now Book It™ widget. To redeem it, your wait staff can look up the voucher and proceed to finalise payment in OrderMate POS system.
Full payment or deposits taken for group bookings or events at time of reservation are synced with OrderMate when a customer is seated. Your wait staff have visibility of the online payments when they present the bill to the customer. Now Book It™ has its own payment type in OrderMate reporting, simplifying your end of day reconciliation.
OrderMate communicates the customer’s reservation information, including the total spend and ordered items to Now Book It™. Now Book It™’s business intelligence tools will consolidate the data to help you build a better picture of your customers.
