Gigi's Pizza, Balmain NSW
Gigi’s is no stranger to Sydneysiders, serving up Neapolitan-style pies in a cosy, rustic Italian setting. Pizzaiolo Daniel is passionate about using only the finest, freshest ingredients and still takes to the pizza oven to make sure every slice comes out perfect. Come try the super light dough that earned the Balmain favourite its 29th spot on the list.

Queen Margherita of Savoy, Cronulla NSW
With consecutive hats and top pizza accolades on its shelves every year, this pizzeria nestled in Cronulla earns its 24th spot without breaking a sweat. As its name suggests, the margherita reigns supreme but Queen Margherita’s pizzas also comes in all forms and flavours, from pepperoni and ricotta to prawn and vodka sauce.

Maestro Sourdough Pizza, North Beach WA
No. 38, Maestro specialises in its long rising sourdough pizzas, which give the slices a wonderfully savoury fragrance and light yet chewy texture. Topped off with clever ingredients, these are the pizzas to order if you crave delicate, well balanced flavours. The nduja and ricotta is a fine example.

Est Ovest Osteria, Adelaide SA
South Australia represent Est Ovest Osteria takes the 45th spot on the list! The award-worthy pizzas are a result of the Italian restaurant’s dedication to excellence, not to mention they’ve just upgraded the pizza oven to dole out even better dough. When in the CBD, this is where you can indulge all day long.
