How we work together?

By seamlessly sharing function bookings, the connection between Function Tracker and Now Book It helps hospitality operators see all their venue bookings on the once calendar and plan accordingly.

Bookings

Data syncs between the two platforms which means that bookings made in Function Tracker are continuously passed to Now Book It. When a booking is updated in Function Tracker, it is instantly updated in Now Book It.

When connected to Now Book It

• You can Edit the event in Function Tracker and change the Tables as required on the event edit page at the bottom.
• On the Event Details page there is a “Now Book It” notes field, if you add in text here, it appears in NBI.
• If you move the event in Function Tracker, it will move it in Now Book It.
• Any changes to the event in Function Tracker including Status, Date/Time, Contact Details and Number of Guests will be reflected in Now Book It.
